The Open Universiteit has subscribed to InView Legal, the new database from Wolters Kluwer.
InView Legal, only in Dutch language, is a database that includes all publications to which the Open Universiteit has subscribed via Kluwer Navigator. InView Legal combines substantive knowledge of the law and case law with these sources and intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence, enabling users to quickly grasp the essence of both statutory provisions and judicial decisions.
This database is still under development, and new content, including additional legal domains, will be added throughout the year. However, supplementary information for case law before 2015 is limited. Currently, InView Legal is available for the following four legal domains:
- Labour law
- Contract law
- Corporate law
- Insolvency law
Users can select a different legal domain by using the arrow in the 'Research' tab.
